Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy on any unopened items in ORIGINAL condition and packaging with no damage. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount if the order was shipped. We stand by the quality of our products and do our best to ensure the best value on exercise equipment. Any returns must be approved before being shipped to our mailing address at 102, 17750 56 Ave Suite #514, Surrey, BC V3S 1K4.

For items eligible for return, you can initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact our customer service team at customerservice@gymshop.ca, and they will guide you through the necessary steps.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Additionally, some products may be subject to a restocking fee. Our customer service team will provide you with all the relevant information and assist you in the return process.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policies. Please allow 1-2 business days for the return process to be completed.
