At GymShop, we fulfil all orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouses in Surrey, British Columbia. Electric and Lifespan Fitness products are shipped from respective distribution warehouses in Calgary or Ontario within 1-2 business days as well. Read on to learn more about our shipping options and policies.

Free BC Local Shipping and Pickup Options

We are pleased to offer FREE and fast delivery on orders over $500 that are placed within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia Canada (West Vancouver to most of Chilliwack). When purchasing gym equipment, you can take advantage of this cost-saving benefit (Savings of up to $500 or more in many cases)! All orders are processed and delivered within 1-3 business days for all BC Lower Mainland orders! (Please call us at 604-997-3886 for any questions regarding shipping times).

Our free local shipping service ensures that your order will be delivered to your doorstep in a timely and efficient manner, at no additional cost. We are experienced in handling delicate and heavy items, ensuring that your products arrive in perfect condition. After an order is placed, you will receive an email update from customerservice@gymshop.ca with your receipt and item details. Prior to delivery, we will call or send an email to confirm the delivery. Please note: ALL deliveries are curb-side delivery unless easy access to the front door or garage. If you are in an apartment, please leave a note to provide delivery instructions or arrange a time to be present to receive the delivery.

To qualify for free local shipping, simply add items to your cart until your total reaches only $500 or more! The free shipping option will automatically be applied during checkout if the subtotal exceeds this amount, and you can expect your order to be delivered within 1-3 days. If the order is less than $500, the delivery fee will only be $50. All BC Lower Mainland orders are handled by GymShop Delivery Service.

Canada-Wide Delivery

In addition to our free local shipping, we also offer Canada-wide delivery at a competitive price. Whether you are located in a major city or a remote area, we strive to ensure that our products reach customers across the country.

Our Canada-wide delivery service is designed to be efficient and cost-effective. We have partnered with reputable shipping companies (UPS, Diamond Delivery & others) that specialize in nationwide distribution, allowing us to offer competitive rates for delivery to any location within Canada (additional costs may occur for remote areas. In the case this may happen, a service rep will reach out prior to delivery).

When placing an order for delivery outside our local area, you will be given the Canada-wide delivery service during checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions the products. Rest assured that we do our best to provide accurate and transparent shipping costs, so you know exactly what to expect.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from customerservice@gymshop.ca with delivery or tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and arrange for the expected arrival date. We understand that timely delivery is important, and we strive to ensure that your products reach you in a prompt and reliable manner.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy on any unopened items in ORIGINAL condition and packaging with no damage. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount if the order was shipped. We stand by the quality of our products and do our best to ensure the best value on exercise equipment. Any returns must be approved before being shipped to our mailing address at 102, 17750 56 Ave Suite #514, Surrey, BC V3S 1K4.

For items eligible for return, you can initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact our customer service team at customerservice@gymshop.ca, and they will guide you through the necessary steps.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Additionally, some products may be subject to a restocking fee. Our customer service team will provide you with all the relevant information and assist you in the return process.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policies. Please allow 1-2 business days for the return process to be completed.

Warranty

ALL GymShop products include a 1 year warranty on any damage for manufactured parts. Any damage will be fixed or replaced immediately and the part will be ordered in the case there is no current replacement. Other products will have the warranty specified within the product information on the page. Some products also have the option for extended warranty which would be shown on the product purchase options.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Costs: FREE shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a $10 delivery fee.
Shipping Area: GymShop offers Canada-wide delivery excluding deliveries to Nunavut, The Northwest Territories and Yukon. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that may be out of delivery range due to increased shipping rates.
Delivery time: All orders placed are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Most orders will arrive within 2-5 days depending on the location from our warehouses in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Items may take additional time during peak seasons for delivery. We will send out delivery confirmation after the order has been placed.
Couriers: Local orders will be sent out by Gym Shop delivery service and all other orders will be shipped and tracked by our delivery partners.
Returns & Refunds: All items can be shipped back and returned within 7 days of purchase if UNOPENED and still in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All other items are FINAL SALE as these are heavy-use items, unless damage is noted during or prior to delivery. If items are damaged, please take photos immediately so that we have proof and can resolve the problem from there.
P.O Boxes: Although we ship to P.O boxes, due to restrictions we are not able to ship packages that are over 65lbs (30kgs). If large item(s) are purchased, please provide us with a physical address, so that we can ship the order to your physical location.
Tracking: Local orders placed with the Lower Mainland are delivered within 2 business days with a notification prior to delivery. All other orders will take up to 2-5 business days and can be tracked by the carrier.
Oversized Items: Items over 150lbs (68kg) ordered will be shipped via freight carrier. Please note: all deliveries are curb-side only and we do require that the carrier call and make an appointment for the delivery. Someone must be home to accept and sign for the product. Oversized items ship on a weekly basis, so please allow a few extra business days for arrival.
Rural Areas: Orders shipping to rural areas may be subject to additional shipping charges, which will vary depending on the size and weight of the product(s) being shipped. Should this be the case for your order, a sales associate will contact you to make specific delivery arrangements and discuss any additional shipping costs.
